Registration Steps
If you would like your child to attend the nursery please complete our registration form making sure you provide as much information as possible.
A copy of the form will be emailed to us and we’ll contact you regarding your child’s registration and desired start date (please note admissions start around 3 months prior to any new term, please check our cut off dates for admissions).
We’ll confirm your child’s start date and look forward to welcoming them to St Hugh of Lincoln Nursery.
Submission of this form does not guarantee your child a place at the nursery, we will contact you to complete the registration process. As part of our admissions process will be required to visit the nursery with your child before we are able to offer any sessions to you.
GDPR: Please note that the details supplied on this form will be held and or computerised by St Hugh of Lincoln Nursery School for care/education purposes and will only be accessed by staff of the nursery school/childcare professionals.
These details will be safely stored in a locked file in the nursery and will deleted/securely shredded according to Government Guidelines.

Promoting Healthy Eating
St Hugh of Lincoln Nursery School actively encourages healthy eating, all children are offered a café break where a variety of fruit and vegetables are available so the children have the opportunity of making a choice.
Assigning a Key Person
Your child’s key person observes, assesses and plans for your child, and records your child’s learning in a pupil profile, the key person will work closely with you and send regular updates to you via our online programme.
